Becoming a Thrive Guide gives you a front row seat to witness as you walk alongside participants and guide them in their spiritual growth plan as they take personal responsibility for their individual growth in Jesus.
Thrive Guides meet the following commitments and requirements:
• Must have a personal growing relationship with Jesus for at least 3 years
• Fully Engaged at RLC (attending weekly services, giving, serving, and in community)
• Must develop a current knowledge of the basics of RLC ministries for both serving and connecting options
• Must become familiar with the Thrive App and takes notes to help develop each member
• Rooted Graduate Preferred
• Previous leading/co-leading experience required
• Leadership Posture
o Humble
o Teachable
o Curious
o Intentional
