Our Alpha Team consists of 3 different roles:
1. Hosts (Group Discussion Leaders): Our hosts are the conversation guides and cultivate community amongst groups.
2. Helpers (Group Discussion Assistants): Our helpers engage in the group discussion and assist hosts as needed.
3. Hospitality Team: Our Hospitality Team members are the culture setters—they help run our dinner, Alpha pub, set up/teardown, and more!
