Check-In/Lounge Host Will check volunteer in and hand out lanyards.
Clean Up Crew Maintain trash, restrooms and grounds.
Craft Area Host Organize/manage the craft room and assist families with the activities.
Gift Collection Host Collect unwrapped gifts.
Grinch's Helper Help directing flow of line, take photos for familes and/or give candy as families leave from Whoville.
Hospitality Will help with check in, set up, clean up and serve food.
Parking Host Set up cones/signs, direct parking traffic, collect cones/signs and ut away.
Registration Host Greet, welcome, release forms, wrist bands.
Santa's Helper Help manage the lines. If you register for before event: set up and decorate trees around Santa's chair.
Set Up Crew Support event areas.
Snow Patch Host Check wristbands, monitor snow patch.
Snow Sledding Host Check wristbands, monitor line, run sleds back and forth.
Tear Down Crew Support event areas.
Train Host Manage lines, assist children on and off of the train.
